The improvement of the methods of interventional radio­ logy leads to modifacations of lesions types in favor of endovascular treatment. The aim of this article is to provide the complex view of endovascular treatment indications according to recommendation published in Trans-Atlantic Inter-Society Consensus Document on Management of Peripheral Arterial Disease (2007).
