Flexor annular pulley tear is rare. The most common site of rupture is its mid point. This rupture is usually due to engagement of a digit in forced flexion against resistance, especially during sports. This report describes a flexor annular pulley injury of little finger. Aim of this work is to point out the importance of MRI examination in the diagnostics of that lesion.

KEY WORDS:
pulley system, digital trauma, MRI.
