New staging in Lung Cancer – 7th Edition of TNM classification According to TNM classification are evaluate small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and bronchopulmonary carcinoid. New classification has dissociated T1 unit into T1a and T1b, also T2 on T2a, T2b and T3. T4 has resolved into T3 and M1a, class M1 has resolved into M1a a M1b. N deskriptor has no changed. This changes behalf some better patient abstraction into particular categories and better therapeutic approach.
