Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) has become an integral part of todays diagnostic imaging options in peripheral arterial disease. Despite of this, in some countries, MRA has a reputation of being a difficult, time-consuming and tricky technique. Higher the knowledge of the basic technical considerations, different and new alternatives available, easier the implementation of the technique in routine.
