Paget carcinoma is characterized by the presence of tumor cells in the epidermis of the nipple and areola of the breast. Clinically presents with erythema, moisture and ulceration. Paget carcinoma may by caused by an invasive carcinoma. This type of the breast carcinoma is diagnosed by cytologic smeasr of the weeping nipple – eczema or by excisional biopsy of the suspicional lesions. Therapy – surgical.
