Tracheoesophageal fistula localized by pull-back tube esophagogram, a case report. A pull-back tube esophagogram can be effectively used in radiological investigation for the diagnosis of tracheoesophageal fistula without esophageal atresia. However, it is rarely performed in Slovakia. In this report we discuss a case of complicated H-type fistula in 17-days old boy. Fistula was confirmed by iodine contrast swallow examination and then localized using pull-back esophagography. The infant was then successfully surgically treated.
